Roundup Litigation Update

Roundup, the weed killer made by Monsanto, has been linked in recent years to non-Hodgkins lymphoma, multiple myeloma, and leukemia. Onder Law has been working to hold Monsanto accountable for this increased risk of cancer and for actively claiming that Roundup was completely safe to use with no protection whatsoever.

We are now hopeful that this message may finally get through to Monsanto and the time may be ripe for resolution of this case, bringing some sense of closure to the families affected by these terrible diseases. A trial is currently underway in California and, as our readers may have seen in recent headlines, Monsanto has been purchased by Bayer. Both of these things give us reason to hope that negotiation may soon be a real possibility.

The last thing that we want to see is anyone affected by the dangerous weed killer Roundup “shut out” of any potential settlement. Therefore, we wanted to send the message again: if you or a loved one has used Roundup and been diagnosed with non-Hodgkins lymphoma, multiple myeloma, or leukemia, please make sure they know about this case and the potential for compensation. While nothing is certain yet, we want to make sure that as many people as possible whose lives have been damaged by Monsanto have a chance at the compensation they deserve, and time may be running out.
